Forgings at Neha International have been produced with the highest metallurgical reliability. The forged parts are made of a variety of Structural Steel, Tool Steel, Heat-resistant Steel, Super Alloys, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper Alloys, Titanium, Nickel based alloys, and Magnesium alloys to meet our customers? requirements for marine, cement, defense, sugar, automotive engineering, railway industry and many other advanced engineering industries. When the forging process provides desirable or essential attributes, Neha International makes the forging process work. Internal machining capabilities include punching, drilling, bending, swaging, coining, tapping and threading. We have also formed working partnerships with outside suppliers allowing us to provide finished parts to customer assembly operations. WE CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING FORGINGS: Press Forging In order to attain uniform material properties and large weight forging, we use press forging. Unlike an open-die forging where multiple blows transfer the compressive energy to the outside of the product, press forging transfers the force uniformly to the bulk of the material. Upset Forging When we need to increases cross-section by compressing the length, we go for this method of forging. In order to save our customer's precious money, we use this form of forging to produce heads on bolts and fasteners, valves and other similar parts. Roll Forging In roll forging, a bar stock, round or flat is placed between die rollers which reduces the cross-section and increases the length to form parts such as axles, leaf springs etc. This is essentially a form of draw forging. Swaging Swaging - a tube or rod is forced inside a die and the diameter is reduced as the cylindrical object is fed. The die hammers the diameter and causes the metal to flow inward causing the outer diameter of the tube or the rod to take the shape of the die. Near-Net Shape Forging Usually, forging results in wastage of material in the form of material flash and subsequent machining operations. This wastage can be as high as 70 % for gear blanks, and even 90+ % in the case of aircraft structural parts. In order to save this un-necessary wastage of material we adopt Net-shape and near-net-shape processes by making precision dies, producing parts with very little draft angle (less than 1). Besides, we also carry out closed die forging, hammer forging, and drop forging hot or cold forging. Finished component parts are produced for customers by adding machining operations and surface treatments such as polishing and plating. In house production of forging tools and dies is accomplished utilizing CAD/CAM, EDM die sinking, and composite die welding techniques. We accept all small, large and regular orders.
